Shipping policy

Where we ship

All 50 US states and Washington, DC. We don't currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or outside the United States.

Cost

Free standard shipping on every US order.

Shipping and any sales tax are shown before you pay.

Timing

• Processing: orders ship within 3 business days of purchase.
• Delivery: usually 3 to 7 days after shipping.
• Most orders arrive 1 to 2 weeks after purchase. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's US warehouse.

Payment

Your card is authorized when you order and charged when we confirm your order for shipping. If we can't ship your order, we cancel it and you aren't charged.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

Delays

If we can't ship within the time above, we'll email you a new date. You can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Address changes

Email us as soon as possible. We can change the address until your order ships.
